Post-construction cleaning
The final treatment before your building meets its first tenants.
New buildings are left covered in dust, mud splash, stucco and paint overspray. We wash windows, siding and façades from the air, so you don't need scaffolding again just to clean.
Symptoms
Signs your property needs this treatment.
- +Concrete and drywall dust caked on new glass
- +Mud splash on lower siding after a wet Fraser Valley winter
- +Paint, stucco or sealant overspray on windows and frames
- +Scaffolding already gone, but upper floors still dirty
- +Occupancy, handover or showhome dates coming up
The treatment
1. Site assessment
We look at the dirt, the materials and the finish so we can choose safe cleaning products and water pressure.
2. Spot treatment
Stubborn overspray and residue are pre-treated so we don't need high pressure on new finishes.
3. Aerial wash
Windows, siding and façades are washed and rinsed from the air with purified water to leave no spots.
4. Final check
A final flight and before-and-after photos confirm the building is ready for handover.

Questions
- Will this damage new finishes?
- We use low pressure and products chosen for each material. Very heavy residue may still need hand work, and we'll tell you up front.
- Can you work around other trades?
- Yes. We plan flights around landscaping, paving and interior crews.
- Do builders get volume pricing?
- Yes. Ask about pricing for multi-building projects and repeat work.
